Discovery Science Center & the Beach

We ended up doing the Discovery Science Center (the giant cube in Orange right off the 5) instead of the Aquarium of the Pacific today. It was half as far and half as expensive.
Climbing giant skin in the Grossology exhibit.
Inside the Argentinosaurus,
Sliding down a dinosaur tail.
My kids standing on a big pile of Argentinosaurus poop.

Maggie's favorite exhibit: rolling balls across a spinning table.
Dalton's favorite exhibit was these spinney things in the baby area.
Doing laundry.
We also went to Newport Beach this morning before John went to work.

Discovery Gateway

John's company sponsored a free day at Discovery Gateway, a children's museum. We'd never been before and had a lot of fun. The main exhibit we went to was a child-sized town.
Checking out our groceries.
Dalton sat in the garden and chewed on this carrot the entire time Maggie waited for her turn on the horse.
In the construction area. They had lots of foam blocks that you could build with, or move around.

Garden Girls - and Baby Boy

This is our third year taking the kids to $2 Tuesdays at Thanksgiving Point. (Age 1, Age 2) The first year we went they were just older than Madeline is now!
I took almost this same picture last year.
Maggie loves when we drive by the wind turbines.
We also went to the Museum of Ancient Life.
T-Rex after me and the babies.
Maggie says hi to Brachiosaurus. She looks very 1985 with her frizzy hair and leggings.
